In the early days, the shop was just a simple cart, but thanks to the owner’s love for banh mi, Madam Khanh’s Banh Mi has created many unique and unforgettable flavors. Interestingly, few people know that the owner’s real name is Loc, while Khanh is the name of her husband.

Three generations of families have enjoyed their bread. To ensure the bread is delicious, the family gets up early every day to prepare all the ingredients. Mrs Loc, the owner passed away in 2021, but the family members continue the business and pass it on to future generations.

2. Vegetarian Banh Mi (Bánh Mì Chay): The vegetarian banh mi is also wonderful and rivals the meat version. You will find it’s the best vegetarian version you’ve tried.
3. Pork and Ham Banh Mi (Bánh Mì Heo Quay): the ingredients are Banh Mi with ham, BBQ pork, vegetables, pate, papaya, and cucumbers.
